I love that my friends and family are completely not surprised when they get a phone call from me on a random Wednesday afternoon with the question “What are some candy names that could also be used to describe people?”  I already had Nerds and Airheads, and the first answer I got from the two people I called was “Sugar Daddy”. Then, my brother Adam went on to say Chic-o-Stick and Sour Patch Kids. I’m not entirely sure I’ve ever met someone I would have referred to as a Sour Patch Kid.. and I think you have to watch a lot of transvestite porn before the term Chic-o-Stick seems like a fitting name for a group of people.

Either way, it’s weird the names we come up with for our candy. I just thought it might be fun to take it in a darker direction. Happy Thursday.
